Description: A practical route map for Kuroma's three endings, all eleven notable point-and-click objects, the scrunchie and box-cutter CGs, and post-completion Extras.
For the Good ending in Fluff n' Gutz, cooperate with Kuroma, inspect at least one of four favourable objects, and ultimately stay. A dependable Neutral route is to cooperate, inspect the favourable objects, then commit to leaving. Bad requires more than defiance: interact with unfavourable objects to raise Kuroma's hidden agitation.
All three endings: conditions and order
| Ending | Condition and sequence | Result | Evidence URL | Build / spoiler |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Good | Choose obedience from the outset; inspect Kuroma, the scrunchie, xylophone or books; commit to staying. | Good is possible only without finalising the leave decision. | https://michikani.itch.io/fluff-n-gutz/devlog/1676553/ending-cg-guide-quick | v1.0 · 2026-09-29 · ⚠ |
| Neutral | Follow obedient responses, inspect the favourable objects, then finalise leaving. | A developer-confirmed reliable example; a balanced score can also produce Neutral while staying. | https://michikani.itch.io/fluff-n-gutz/devlog/1676553/ending-cg-guide-quick | v1.0 · 2026-09-29 · ⚠ |
| Bad | Defy Kuroma repeatedly and inspect unfavourable objects such as the window, diary and box cutter. | High agitation produces Bad whether you stay or leave; defiance alone may yield Neutral. | https://michikani.itch.io/fluff-n-gutz/devlog/1676553/ending-cg-guide-quick | v1.0 · 2026-09-29 · ⚠ |
Which objects affect Kuroma's hidden agitation?
The four favourable interactions are Kuroma himself, the scrunchie, the xylophone and the books. Obedience from the start is rewarded. Backing out of an initially bad choice avoids a penalty but does not grant the benefit of having complied immediately.
The seven unfavourable objects are the window, diary, drawing, plushie, candy wrappers, hospital gown and box cutter. Combining favourable and unfavourable inspections changes the final agitation score. The creator has not published exact point values or cutoffs.
Two item-specific CGs and unlockable Extras
Only two CGs are tied to particular point-and-click objects: the scrunchie, described as the best choice, and the box cutter, the worst. Each ending also awards one or more CGs; the game advertises eight in total. The September 29, 2026 update added a gallery, an afterword and behind-the-scenes Extras that unlock after all three endings.
Version, sources and remaining uncertainty
The download is labelled v1.0, updated September 29, 2026. The developer's September 25 quick guide intentionally omits some route combinations and numerical agitation thresholds. No direct executable playthrough was conducted, and no browser-play option appears on the storefront. Content warnings include gore, mutilation and abuse.

Conclusion
Remember the three patterns: cooperate plus good objects plus stay for Good; the same favourable path plus leave for a reliable Neutral; defiance plus bad objects for Bad. Check the scrunchie and box cutter separately, then collect all endings for Extras.
