A complete route table for both crossroads, the Chaos Prince, Hyun-Woo and the final Goodbye decision, with a warning about the web teaser.
Goodbye Robert has eight endings, but the same crossroads changes meaning when Robert returns. There are two early outcomes, one summoning outcome, three later crossroads outcomes and two final Chamber of Adoration outcomes. Ending 7 is canon for the Folklore series according to the creator. A route order that actually makes sense
The developer divides the game into four parts. Try water and shelter at the first crossroads, then the Chaos Prince summoning. On the second visit, test water, shelter and the northern Grove separately. Finish by trying both answers in the chamber. Visiting the same person twice is not a duplicate route: Jenny and Reynardine have distinct early and later endings.
Why Hyun-Woo is missing at the start
The official guide explicitly says that Hyun-Woo has no ending at the first crossroads. Ending 6 requires reaching the second crossroads, going north and choosing to stay with him. Replaying the first right/left fork cannot unlock that scene.
The two final answers and canon
Agreeing to say Goodbye gives Ending 7; refusing and then choosing to love the Sovereign gives Ending 8. The creator identifies Ending 7 as the canonical Folklore continuation. Canon does not make the other documented endings imaginary.
The web version is only a teaser
The itch.io page offers browser play, but a developer reply clarifies that it is a short, unvoiced demo. The full romance experience and eight endings require the downloadable version. Windows/Linux and Mac packages are marked Version 1, dated March 12, 2025, and the desktop versions have voice acting.
Content warnings and hidden material
The repeated scene called “the choice” warns players before uncomfortable outcomes. Declining Goodbye at that point returns to a safer story location, according to the walkthrough. The creator says there are no extra easter eggs beyond the guide. This is a prequel to Inside the Box, with themes of manipulation, death and flashing visuals.

Conclusion
To collect everything, separate first right/left → summon → second right/left/north → final Yes/No. Ending 7 is canon and Ending 8 follows the Sovereign. These are developer-documented routes, not a claim of eight independently replayed endings.
