Description: Act 1 Good, Bad and Crownus Secret conditions, the four-point collar scene, and reported Act 2 paths to Jestyn and Prieston.
Act 1 of Kingdom of Marionettes has three documented endings: Good at three or more affection points, Bad at two or fewer, and Secret by entering crownus when Jestyn asks your name. Four points unlock the collar option. Act 2 launched on October 7, 2026; players report that repeated room inspections can change its looping sequence. Full route spoilers follow.

How to reach three or four points
Choose Give them money for +2 in the farmer problem and Refuse for +1 in the land purchase: that is already three points, assuming you avoid later deductions. Add Funny (+2) at Jestyn’s criticism for a five-point example that clears the collar gate. Eating the chocolate costs one point; the developer explicitly calls it a prank. Blank score cells in the official guide are left unscored here rather than being silently converted to zero.
Why Act 2 keeps restarting
Players who thought the date replay was a bug describe a deliberate loop. Their practical clue is persistence: examine Wizzy’s room corner three times and Knighter’s desk three times, then ask each about the king. A reported Prieston sequence visits Wizzy before Knighter and saves most king-room interactions for later. Another account of the Jestyn branch repeatedly checks Crownus’s room earlier. Treat these as distinct experiments, not a proven single optimal route.
Crownus and other name reactions
The crownus input comes from the writing on the King puppet’s door and commits the Act 1 secret ending. The creator also suggests testing puppet names for special responses. Commenters mention Wizzy, Knighter and Jestyn, but the complete response list and capitalization rules have not been verified. A dialogue easter egg is not necessarily an ending trigger.
Versions, platforms and verification
The official point guide dates to February 27, 2026. Act 2 was announced October 7 for PC and Mac; the game page still describes Act 1’s three endings in its feature list. Do not treat that old list as a verified Act 2 total. The downloadable PC/Mac files are about 1.3GB and show “Version 1”, not a reliable semantic build number. This research did not run the game, inspect its internal variables or reproduce every Act 2 branch.

Conclusion
Bottom line: three or more points gets Act 1 Good, two or fewer gets Bad, and crownus gets Secret; four points expose the collar choice. For Act 2, triple-check Wizzy’s corner and Knighter’s desk and compare the reported Jestyn and Prieston sequences without treating player anecdotes as developer-certified routes.
