1. ทั้ง “AI จะลบทุกงาน” และ “งานใช้ความรู้ปลอดภัย” ล้วนง่ายเกินไป
ILO ปี 2025 ประเมินว่าประมาณ 25% ของการจ้างงานโลกมีความเสี่ยงสัมผัส GenAI และ 34% ในประเทศรายได้สูง แต่ข้อสรุปหลักคือการเปลี่ยนเนื้องานมีแนวโน้มมากกว่าการหายไปทั้งอาชีพ.[1]

2. มนุษย์เป็น “ผู้อนุมัติขั้นสุดท้าย” เป็น workflow ที่สมจริงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ
Economic Index ของ Anthropic เดือนมิถุนายน 2026 พบว่า AI ใน Claude Code มี autonomy สูงกว่า chat ปกติ.[2]
งานอาจเปลี่ยนจากมนุษย์ทำทั้งหมด → AI ช่วย → AI ทำเป็นชุด → มนุษย์ดูข้อยกเว้นและตัดสินสุดท้าย
ใบอนุญาตวิชาชีพไม่ใช่เกราะกัน automation ส่วนงาน last mile ทางกายภาพยังยากกว่า แต่ robotics ก็ขยับเส้นแบ่งได้
3. “บริษัท GPU หน่วยความจำ และไฟฟ้าจะชนะ” เป็นสมมติฐาน ไม่ใช่กฎ
หากโมเดลกลายเป็น commodity ทรัพยากรหายากอาจได้ส่วนแบ่งมูลค่ามากขึ้น แต่ software ยังสร้าง moat จาก distribution, proprietary data, enterprise integration, API, agents และ switching costs ได้
คำถามจริงคือ อะไรยังหายาก และอะไรคัดลอกง่าย
4. บอกว่า AI จะไม่สร้างธุรกิจใหม่ก็แรงเกินไป
UI ข้อความ และแอปง่ายๆ คัดลอกได้ง่าย แต่ต้นทุนที่ลดลงอาจทำให้ตลาดเล็ก personalization บริการ 24/7 และบริษัททีมจิ๋วอยู่ได้
การ commoditize และการเกิดธุรกิจใหม่สามารถเกิดพร้อมกัน
5. จุดอ่อนจริงคือ productivity ไม่ได้ไหลเข้าบัญชีเราเอง

การตายน้อยลง ตรวจมะเร็งเร็วขึ้น รักษาโรคพันธุกรรม ชะลอ cognitive decline และอยู่ได้อย่างอิสระนานขึ้นในวัยชรา เป็นประโยชน์ที่ผูกกับ ranking น้อยกว่า
7. การแพทย์ปี 2026 เริ่มมีกลิ่นไซไฟ
เมษายน 2026 FDA อนุมัติ Otarmeni ซึ่งเป็น gene therapy แรกสำหรับการสูญเสียการได้ยินรุนแรงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ OTOF.[5] กรกฎาคม Casgevy ขยายไปยังผู้ป่วยอายุ 2 ปีขึ้นไปที่เป็น sickle cell disease หรือ transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia.[6] กันยายน FDA อนุมัติ Fayuvi เป็นการรักษาแรกที่มุ่งเปลี่ยน disease course ของ Sanfilippo syndrome type A.[7]

ตัวชี้วัดสำคัญอาจไม่ใช่แทนที่หมอกี่คน แต่ลดเวลากว่าจะมี treatment ที่ใช้ได้จริงถึงคนไข้กี่ปี
ถ้า GPU ทั้งโลกทำได้แค่ให้ spreadsheet เร็วขึ้น ก็น่าขอเงินคืนอยู่
9. “อายุ 150” ยังไกลกว่า “เพิ่ม healthspan”
NIA สหรัฐมอง geroscience เป็นการศึกษาว่ากลไกความชราทำให้เกิดโรคเรื้อรังอย่างไร โดยมุ่งเพิ่มช่วงชีวิตที่สุขภาพดี.[9]
senolytics น่าสนใจ แต่ประสิทธิผลที่ชัดเจนในมนุษย์ยังไม่ถูกยืนยัน.[10]

10. เป้าหมายอาจไม่ใช่ “ชนะด้วย AI” แต่ลดบทลงโทษของชีวิต
เมื่อใช้ compute มากขนาดนี้ ก็ควรถามว่าลดโรค ความเจ็บปวด ความพิการ ภาระดูแล งานเอกสาร และเวลางานบังคับได้แค่ไหน
