5秒結論: AI提高生產力,不代表一般人自動得到更高收入、更多閒暇或更好的社會保障。若紅利只停在企業利潤與資本報酬,生活者感受到的可能只是「要求更高」。相較之下,治病、減少失能、延長健康壽命,是不用在競爭中打敗別人也能受益的技術進步。
1. 「AI會消滅所有工作」和「知識工作安全」都太粗糙
ILO 2025年估計,全球約25%的就業處於某種生成式AI暴露,高收入國家約34%。但目前更可能出現的是職務內容改變,而非整個職業消失。[1]
10人的部門變成6人加AI,也足以改變勞動市場。
2. 「人類只做最後審批」已是現實路徑
Anthropic 2026年6月Economic Index顯示,Claude Code等代理環境中的AI自主性高於一般聊天。[2]
流程可能從人全做,變成AI輔助,再變成AI批次執行、人處理例外與最終判斷。
專業資格不是自動化免疫卡。物理世界的最後一哩暫時較難取代,但機器人也會移動這條邊界。
3. 「賣鏟子的企業一定贏」只是投資假說
若模型商品化,GPU、記憶體、電力、資料中心和網路等稀缺投入可能拿走更多價值。但軟體企業也能靠通路、專有資料、企業整合、API、agent平台與轉換成本保留價值。
真正該看的是:什麼稀缺,什麼容易複製?
4. 「AI不會創造革命性商業」也說得太早
AI產生的介面、文案和簡單應用確實容易複製。但成本下降也可能讓過去不賺錢的小市場、個人化服務、全天候服務、超小團隊企業變得可行。
容易複製與新商業誕生,可以同時存在。
5. 真正弱點:生產力不會自動進入你的銀行帳戶
GPU努力100倍,也不會替你付房租。
IMF研究顯示,在某些情境AI可能縮小工資差距,但資本報酬增加仍可能擴大財富差距。結果取決於替代、互補、資產所有、稅制、移轉與社會保障。[3][4]
生產力翻倍可以變成工時減半,也可以變成產量翻倍、裁員或利潤增加。技術不會替社會決定。
6. 對厭倦競爭的人,重要的是「不贏也能得到的進步」
薪資、升遷、證照、市場價值、AI技能都能繼續比賽。
但降低感染死亡、提早發現癌症、治療遺傳病、延緩認知衰退、讓老人更久保持獨立,是更接近普惠的利益。
7. 2026年的醫療已經有一點科幻味
2026年4月FDA批准OTOF相關重度聽損的首個基因治療Otarmeni。[5] 7月Casgevy在鐮刀型紅血球疾病與輸血依賴β地中海型貧血的適用年齡擴大到2歲以上。[6] 9月FDA批准Fayuvi,成為Sanfilippo症候群A型首個以改變病程為目標的治療。[7]
這不是萬能藥,但方向正從症狀管理走向根本分子與遺傳原因。
8. 醫療AI最有意思的地方,可能不是聊天診斷,而是研究速度
AlphaFold已向研究界提供超過2億個蛋白質結構預測,並擴展到分子交互作用預測。[8]
真正重要的指標也許不是替代多少醫師,而是讓治療提早多少年抵達病人。
如果全世界GPU最後只是讓試算表更快,確實有點想退款。
9. 比「活到150歲」更現實的是延長健康壽命
美國NIA將geroscience視為研究老化機制與慢性病關係、延長healthspan的領域。[9]
但老化並沒有被解決。senolytics很有希望,然而截至2025年,人類明確療效仍未確立。[10]
更實際的順序是早期發現 → 更好治療 → 延緩老化疾病 → 延長健康壽命 → 再談壽命上限。
10. 也許目標不是「靠AI贏」,而是「讓人生少一點懲罰」
既然投入這麼多算力,就該問:可以減少多少疾病、疼痛、失能、照護負擔、行政雜務與被迫勞動時間?
「工作更快」我們已經懂了。
現在去治病吧。
