5秒结论: AI提高生产率,并不代表普通人自动得到更高收入、更多闲暇或更好的社会保障。如果红利只停留在利润和资本回报,人们感受到的可能只是“要求更高了”。相比之下,治愈疾病、减少残疾、延长健康寿命,是不需要在竞争中获胜也能受益的技术进步。
1. “AI会消灭所有工作”和“知识工作安全”都太粗糙
ILO 2025年估计,全球约25%的就业处于某种生成式AI暴露之下,高收入国家约为34%。但目前更可能发生的是工作内容变化,而不是职业整体消失。[1]
10个人的部门变成6个人加AI,也足以改变劳动市场。
2. “人类只做最终审批”已经是现实路径
Anthropic 2026年6月的Economic Index发现,Claude Code等代理环境里的AI自主性高于普通聊天。[2]
工作流程可能从“人全做”变成“AI辅助”,再变成“AI成批执行,人处理例外和最终判断”。
专业资格并不等于免疫自动化。实体世界的最后一公里暂时更难替代,但机器人也会移动这条边界。
3. “卖铲子的企业一定赢”只是投资假说
如果模型商品化,GPU、内存、电力、数据中心和网络等稀缺投入可能拿走更多价值。但软件企业也能靠渠道、专有数据、企业集成、API、代理平台和转换成本保留利润。
真正的问题是:什么稀缺,什么容易复制?
4. “AI不会创造革命性业务”也说得太早
AI生成的界面、文案和简单应用确实容易被复制。但成本下降也可能让过去无法盈利的小市场、个性化服务、全天候服务和超小团队公司变得可行。
“更容易复制”和“更多新业务出现”可以同时成立。
5. 真正的弱点:生产率不会自动进入你的银行账户
GPU努力100倍,也不会替你付房租。
IMF研究表明,在某些情景下AI可能缩小工资差距,但资本回报增加仍可能扩大财富差距。结果取决于替代、互补、资产所有权、税收、转移支付和社会保障。[3][4]
生产率翻倍,可以变成工时减半,也可以变成产量翻倍、裁员或利润增加。技术本身不会替社会做这个选择。
6. 对厌倦竞争的人来说,重要的是“不赢也能得到的进步”
工资、晋升、资格、市场价值、AI技能都可以继续比赛。
但减少感染死亡、早期发现癌症、治疗遗传病、延缓认知衰退、让老年人更久独立生活,是更接近普惠的收益。
7. 2026年的医学已经有一点科幻味了
2026年4月,FDA批准了针对OTOF相关重度听力损失的首个基因疗法Otarmeni。[5] 7月,Casgevy在镰状细胞病和输血依赖β地中海贫血中的适用年龄扩展到2岁以上。[6] 9月,FDA批准Fayuvi,成为Sanfilippo综合征A型首个旨在改变疾病进程的治疗。[7]
这不是“什么都能治”,但方向从控制症状转向干预根本分子或遗传原因。
8. 医疗AI最有意思的地方,也许不是聊天诊断,而是加快研究
AlphaFold已经向研究界提供超过2亿个蛋白质结构预测,并继续扩展到分子相互作用预测。[8]
真正重要的指标可能不是替代了多少医生,而是让有效治疗提前了多少年到达患者。
如果全世界GPU最后只是让表格更快,那确实有点想退款。
9. 比“活到150岁”更现实的是延长健康寿命
美国NIA把geroscience视为研究衰老机制与慢性病关系、延长healthspan的领域。[9]
但人类衰老并未被“解决”。senolytics很有前景,但截至2025年,在人体中的明确有效性仍未建立。[10]
更现实的顺序是:早发现 → 更好治疗 → 延缓年龄相关疾病 → 延长健康寿命 → 再讨论寿命上限。
10. 也许目标不是“靠AI赢”,而是“让人生少一点惩罚”
既然投入了这么多算力,就应该问:能减少多少疾病、疼痛、残疾、照护负担、行政杂务和被迫劳动时间?
“工作更快”我们已经懂了。
现在去治病吧。
