You subscribe to ChatGPT Plus because you want deeper reasoning.
Then you open the Android app and discover something odd: Medium and High are missing from normal Chat.
Yet Work is available. Open the same account in a web browser and Medium and High appear normally.
The app is already up to date. Signing out and back in changes nothing. Clearing the cache changes nothing. Clearing app data changes nothing. Even uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it.
