Description: Follow the creator’s seven exact routes, distinguish Taken from Almost made it, and learn how love/stalking scores, QTEs and the Tricked fix interact.
There are seven named endings in Can I Walk You Home? The opening decision—accept Patrick’s offer or walk alone—sets up different branches, but the ending is not determined by that decision alone. Two easily confused pairs are Taken versus Almost made it, separated by whether you contact him, and Surprise versus Stalker, separated by the timed prompt.
All seven ending routes (full spoilers)
| Ending | Official choice sequence | What changes the outcome | Source, version and spoiler |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home sweet Home | Walk me home → Walk Quietly → Yes → Ask what business → Sweet / Strange | Patrick does not take an interest; Sweet/Strange only breaks a 10/10 score tie. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Taken | Walk me home → Talk to him → Gossip → Ask about his day → Empathize → Sweet → What are you doing here? → Lasagna → Laugh at him → Ask if work was better today → Why are your sleeves so long? → Tie them → Ask about his dog → Ask about work → Contact him → Yes / No | Choose Contact him; either final Yes or No works in the guide. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Almost made it | Walk me home → Talk to him → Gossip → Ask about his day → Empathize → Sweet → What are you doing here? → Lasagna → Laugh at him → Ask if work was better today → Why are your sleeves so long? → Tie them → Ask about his dog → Ask about work → Don't contact him | Switch only the final contact decision to Don’t contact him. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Surprise | Decline → Don't call → Strange → Lie → No thanks → Walk faster → Don't panic ×5 → Don't ask him | Choose Don’t panic five times and avoid the final question. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Stalker | Decline → Don't call → Strange → Lie → No thanks → Walk faster → Lose timer | Allow the timer to expire after the solo-walk opening. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Too close | Walk me home → Talk → Gossip → Ask about the day → Empathize → Sweet → Lasagna → Laugh → Ask What hobby → Pry | Ask about his hobby, then pry into his past. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
| Tricked | Decline → Call → Let the timer run out → Sweet → What are you doing here? → Oh, that's sweet → Yea → Any → Decline → Stay silent → Text back | Call first, lose the early timer, then Text back; old bug fixed. | Official guide; Version 3 / 2026-10-20; ⚠ |
What happens when love and stalking both reach 10?
In a reply to players, the creator explained that a love or stalking score of 10 can drive the respective route, whether Patrick accompanies you or not. When both scores reach 10, describing him as Sweet prioritizes love, while Strange prioritizes stalking. This explains a tie-break, not an alternative to the seven explicit sequences. If you only need a missing ending, start with the route table rather than guessing invisible point values.
Three routes that involve a timer
Surprise requires Don’t panic five times and then Don’t ask him. Stalker shares the Decline, Don’t call, Strange, Lie, No thanks, Walk faster opening but deliberately lets the timer expire. Tricked also uses a timeout, yet begins with Call instead of Don’t call. That single early choice is why repeating the Stalker strategy cannot unlock Tricked.
Versions, gallery and verification
The game page currently lists Version 3 for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android (checked October 20, 2026). The February 13, 2024 guide still labels its attached Android build Version 2, a historical listing rather than proof that today’s download is older. The game advertises seven endings, a collection screen, five CGs and a gallery, QTEs and about 25 minutes per playthrough. The creator warns that the walkthrough does not describe every intermediate scene.
These routes were checked against the official guide and developer replies, not independently reproduced in a live playthrough. Exact current-build text, individual CG unlock conditions and every hidden score increment remain outside the verified scope.

Conclusion
For the fastest seven-ending sweep, follow the English choices exactly: Contact him separates Taken from Almost made it; the timed response separates Surprise from Stalker; and Tricked needs Call before its timeout. The invisible scores matter most when you try to improvise beyond the published paths.
