The poison decision is a two-choice combination
If you poison the goblet of blood, Agree to feed Mikael leaves him unpoisoned; Refuse to feed Mikael poisons him. If you poison the bowl of porridge, the outcome flips: refusing leaves him unpoisoned and agreeing poisons him. Treat the food selection and the feeding response as one pair. The four combinations come from the developer’s walkthrough, not from a verified examination of Ren’Py variables.
Good End: two routes, one ending
For the unpoisoned route, reading the letter is optional. Accompany Mikael, take the Shearing Woods path, take his ring, and encourage Henri. If you reprimand Henri instead, follow it by helping Mikael. On this route, stabbing or not stabbing is allowed; finish by telling the truth. How to separate both Neutral endings from Bad

Stab Mikael produces Bad; Do not stab Mikael produces Neutral 1. The catalyst and antidote are not interchangeable: choosing the wrong bottle can invalidate the rest of your planned sequence. Can Cyrus actually kill Mikael?
Despite the title, the developer explicitly says the game has no route where Mikael is truly killed. The advertised breakdown is one Good, one Bad and two Neutral endings.
