description: "On October 18, 2026, Bhayshul Tuten and the Jaguars recreated the AI Rumpelstiltskin dance in London. Here is what actually happened and what is editorial comedy."

On October 18, 2026, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten scored a touchdown against the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium. He and his teammates then put fingers to their lips, stretched out their arms and alternated their feet. They were reenacting the bizarre tiptoe dance of an AI-generated Rumpelstiltskin. A football celebration suddenly looked like an audition for an enchanted barn.

Is it from an old movie?

No. On August 27, Stroinaya and collaborators posted an AI fantasy video styled like an eighties movie. The little fairy-tale character dances in a barn and turns straw into gold. On September 29, TikTok user @6aimbot9 joked that the scene resembled a dream after taking cheap melatonin. With Riff Raff's song, the dance became a reusable meme. The melatonin comparison is a documented creator caption, not an invented comment.

A fictional creature directs real athletes

Tuten and teammates copied the shushing gesture, the bent arms and the alternating feet. NFL on DAZN shared the celebration. Other accounts placed it beside the AI original, and a reported edit even inserted the player into the creature's role. These are documented posts and remixes; individual comments were not directly retrieved.

Houston won the actual game 34–31. Jacksonville lost the match but stole a few seconds of fairy-tale theater.

An original joke, not a real exchange

Referee: “Touchdown confirmed.”

Rumpelstiltskin: “Now I’ll turn the straw into gold.”

Referee: “That’s artificial turf.”

Player: “Can we still dance?”

Referee: “Magic is not reviewable.”

This dialogue is editorial fiction, not a transcript.

The punchline

An AI character taught real players to dance; another AI edit then put a player back into the fairy tale. Reality and simulation kept impersonating each other. The final score remained stubbornly non-magical.
