A horror-game character starts dancing with someone from a completely different franchise. They look like lifelong partners, not people who would never meet. The explanation is wonderfully silly: fans keep recreating a dance performed while waiting for raisin bread to bake.

The moves come from Disney's 2005 animated film Kronk's New Groove. Kronk and Ms. Birdwell dance in the kitchen as Earth, Wind & Fire's “Let's Groove” plays. Some people set a timer. These two apparently open a nightclub.

Artists reuse the choreography and replace the original pair with characters they love. Know Your Meme records an April 2, 2024 animation featuring Spooky Month characters. During the August–September 2026 revival, examples included Five Nights at Freddy's characters, Gordon Freeman dancing with Hatsune Miku, and a Marvel Rivals pair.

That's the punch line: two people who don't belong in the same story somehow have perfect chemistry the second the music starts. No elaborate crossover plot is necessary. The oven has apparently negotiated world peace.

This is fan-made animation, not an announcement of official collaborations. The linked original social posts weren't independently accessible here, so the examples and dates follow Know Your Meme, without claiming to identify the first-ever remake.
