Collect drops, upgrade your golem between quests, and try Rock Throw, Earthquake and Earth Spear together. One player reported winning with just these three skills. That is a documented player route, not a developer-guaranteed optimal build.

Play and controls

Launch the official browser prototype by Barribob with “Run game”. This free Godot HTML5 game was published October 22, 2026 at 14:50 UTC and updated October 23 at 23:11 UTC. Rock Throw is automatic. Players describe collecting drops by hovering the mouse over them. A player mentioned pressing key 2 for Earth Spear in an older version; check the current in-game controls before relying on it.

A practical progression route

  1. Select an available quest and begin with automatic Rock Throw. A player describes three battle locations in the current prototype, but their precise unlock order is not established.
  2. Add Earthquake and Earth Spear as they become available. A player completed the available content with those three attacks, so unlocking every ability is not a demonstrated prerequisite.
  3. Hover over dropped resources to collect them. The developer improved pickup detection in version 0.0.2.
  4. After losing, review collected resources and available upgrades, then retry. Early repeated defeats while gaining experience were reported.
  5. Advance through the remaining areas and improve minerals, artifacts and skills. Players report completion, but the official final ending condition has not been independently confirmed.

Troubleshooting table

Situation Action Result and evidence
Automatic rocks stop Check the freeze status indicator A player observed freeze disabling the first automatic skill
Rocks stop without freeze Restart the quest and compare One player reported improvement; underlying cause uncertain
Drops are hard to collect Hover carefully and use the latest build Developer improved pickups in 0.0.2
Precharging Iron Spears before enemies Avoid the old exploit Developer fixed it in 0.0.2
Rubble Ammo description is wrong Check the updated skill text Developer corrected scaling description in 0.0.2
Unsure what skills to use Try Rock Throw, Earthquake, Earth Spear Reported winning combination

Stat caps and FAQ

One player reported Vitality 32, Sharpness 29, Hardness 29 and Intelligence 30 with Jade Necklace maxed. Barribob said this seemed maxed out. These are observed values for that build, not proven universal limits. The developer suggested Jade Necklace could still grant Intelligence after other sources were exhausted.

Do I need Shield and Rock Spirit? A player finished without them; the developer acknowledged different strategies. Can I spam key 2 before enemies arrive to prepare an iron spear? That older exploit was fixed in 0.0.2. Was this guide personally playtested to the ending? No. It separates developer notes from player reports.

Conclusion

Collect, upgrade, retry and use the three-skill route as a starting point. If automatic rocks stop, investigate freeze before assuming the game is broken.
