Olivia Rasubosu ranks first, decisively. This comparison covers all six published episodes of Mika's Japanese web novel Hittō Kōshakuke Daini Fujin no Tanoshii Otaku Seikatsu (N1673KH), not a hypothetical anime or book-only version. The names below are reading aids, not claimed official English localizations. Full-story spoilers follow.

1. Olivia Rasubosu — a one-woman security system

Episode 1 establishes magic reserves far beyond the royal family's. In episode 4, her sticky protective barrier immobilizes intruders and interferes with their magic. People inside can still attack outward. Episode 6 adds magically made spiders that collect captives and floating, pig-shaped clouds with safety nets. She leads in defense, restraint and versatility. Her ambition? Quietly enjoy books, entertainment and her new family.

2. Caroline — the clearest demonstrated attacker

The twin uses fire magic. In episode 6, her fireball strikes a captured trespasser; she intentionally keeps the effect to a minor burn. That is direct offensive evidence. The target was already immobilized, however, so this does not establish how she performs against a mobile opponent.

3. Kaizekus — wind control plus an untested lightning element

Episode 6 attributes wind and lightning to the other twin, who uses wind magic when leaping down from a floating cloud. Lightning makes his possible fighting toolkit intriguing, but the text provides no equivalent demonstrated strike. Caroline narrowly takes second under an evidence-first rule; reverse them if you favor potential over shown attacks.

4. Nyakiel — a guard dog with actual physical feats

This smart dog learns unusual sounds in episode 3. By episode 6, the guard dogs are kicking, biting and landing agile jumps while practicing on trapped intruders. Nyakiel is a named member of that group, not a spellcaster. His former name was Michael, changed after he learned to meow. Yes: a fearsome estate guard now has a cat-flavored name.

What the ranking can—and cannot—prove

Olivia is the clear first place. Caroline versus Kaizekus is a provisional judgment about feats, not a recorded duel. The duke, duchess and king possess major political influence, which is a different sort of power. Unnamed knights and magical spider constructs are not added merely to fill ten slots. The author's afterword to the finale even notes that Olivia's planned monster encounter was not published. There is no hidden tournament to cite.

The funniest contrast is the estate's so-called “last-boss battle”: in episode 4, it means rock-paper-scissors to pick the next movie. The most terrifying person on the property wants a movie night; the security system is the terrifying part.
