You answered one email. Your brain, apparently, has commissioned a statue. That's the joke behind the “I'm Feeling Tremendous” trend: a wildly self-congratulatory song attached to moments that may or may not deserve a parade.

The audio traces back to “Verified,” released by the animated music project Your Favorite Martian on June 29, 2022. Its narrator celebrates fame with an absurd level of confidence. A TikTok cover posted by Lil Godd on September 8, 2026 helped bring the song back into circulation. The sound then appeared in dances, fan edits and character animations.

The format isn't limited to one punchline or a particular cartoon. On September 19, a Gacha-style animation used the trend; a September 25 post put it over anime edits. You can also imagine playing it after finally sorting your downloads folder. That last example is an illustration of the joke, not a documented post.

The gap does all the work. The achievement might be modest, but the soundtrack treats its owner like a monument-worthy icon. It's a pep talk so excessive that it becomes a roast. Sometimes the only person handing out your lifetime-achievement award is you.

The original uploads weren't independently accessible during this check. Dates and examples above come from Know Your Meme, and the first-ever use of the trend remains unconfirmed.
