Spoiler warning: This article discusses combat systems from Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, ONE PIECE, and HUNTER×HUNTER. Cross-series outcomes are thought experiments, not official answers.
1. The key point: Gojo is not simply “the toughest guy”; he disqualifies ordinary attacks before toughness matters
Official material identifies Satoru Gojo as a Limitless user, and the anime shows Jogo repeatedly failing to land ordinary attacks on him.[1][2]
Normal defense survives impact.
Infinity interferes with the process by which an attack reaches Gojo.
So “the punch is 100 times stronger” or “the sword is 1,000 times faster” is not automatically a solution if the attack still travels from outside toward him.
The opposite exaggeration is also wrong. Infinity has not been established as an automatic defense against every soul, time, causal, naming, or conceptual effect imaginable.
The useful crossover question is:
Does something have to travel toward Gojo?
Or does the ability create an effect directly on Gojo, his soul, the space containing him, a condition, a rule, or the environment?
2. Five broad routes around Infinity

Volume 26 depicts Gojo and Sukuna repeatedly clashing domains, restoring burned-out techniques, and involving Mahoraga in their battle.[3] The decisive lesson is not “slash faster” but change what the slash targets.
Infinity matchups therefore become less like a damage contest and more like a software-specification audit.
3. In Attack on Titan, “Go handle Marley yourself” becomes disturbingly reasonable
The official glossary describes ordinary Titans as generally 3–15 meters tall and the Colossal Titan as over 50 meters, with soldiers relying on ODM gear and ultrahard steel.[4]
Titans mainly grab, bite, punch, stomp, and throw things.
All of those need to reach Gojo physically.
Rifles, machine guns, artillery, and much conventional bombardment have the same structural problem.
So if the mission is “neutralize Marley's ability to invade Paradis militarily,” Gojo is absurdly useful.
“The fleet is coming.”
“Send Gojo.”
“Titan Warriors too.”
“Send Gojo.”
“What about ethnic conflict, diplomacy, and postwar governance?”
“...Get Armin.”
Defeating an army is not the same thing as repairing a political system.
Becoming an ally creates a different comedy
Allies eventually need ordinary physical contact.
“Sensei, your technique is annoying.”
“Yeah, yeah.”
Ally contact allowed.
Enemies can never touch him. Friends can tap his shoulder.
National security becomes: Are we on Satoru Gojo's allowlist?
4. In My Hero Academia, New Order is scarier than All Might—and the worst strategy is espionage
All Might's punch is terrifying, but the punch must still reach Gojo.
Star and Stripe's New Order is different. Her official profile says that after touching a target and calling its name, she can impose a new rule on that target.[5]
If she approaches as an obvious enemy, touching Gojo is the entire problem.
So the nastiest route is not higher firepower.
Terrible spy strategy: do not break Infinity; make Gojo open it for you
Spend long enough as a trusted ally that Gojo deliberately permits ordinary contact.
“Sensei, your technique is in the way.”
“Sorry, sorry.”
Guard lowered.
Touch.
“Satoru Gojo—”
Infinity was not overpowered.
The homeowner opened the front door.
Whether a specific rule such as “Satoru Gojo cannot use Limitless” fits New Order's actual limits is a separate crossover judgment. The Quirk is not unlimited; name and identity complications mattered against Shigaraki, and Star's final rule made Quirks rebel against one another after the power was stolen.[6]
But satisfying a touch condition through social engineering is a legitimate structural bypass.
Sukuna: “I researched how to redefine the target space.”
Star: “I became his friend.”
Sukuna: “That was cheaper.”
5. In ONE PIECE, Soul-Soul effects may approach from outside Infinity's normal logic—but then Gojo has to be afraid
Official ONE PIECE material explains that Big Mom uses the Soul-Soul Fruit to collect lifespan/souls and distribute them into objects to create Homies.[7]
A direct soul effect is structurally different from a bullet or punch.
If the crossover treats the effect as occurring directly on the soul, there may be no incoming object for Infinity to slow.
Infinity: “I stop what approaches me.”
Soul effect: “Nothing traveled.”
However, Big Mom's lifespan theft depends on fear.
So the next question is hilarious:
Would Satoru Gojo actually be afraid of Big Mom?
Big Mom: “Life or death?”
Gojo: “You're really tall.”
Big Mom: “That was not the question.”
Haki-coated Hollow Purple becomes an accident if crossover rules allow it
The official anime explains Observation Haki as sensing presence and reading movements, while Armament Haki is a major tool for interacting with ability users including Logia bodies.[8]
But Armament is not a universal “turn off every fictional power” button.
So Haki does not automatically erase Infinity.
If, however, Haki can be layered onto cursed techniques, Gojo's offense becomes ridiculous: Hollow Purple plus Armament, potentially plus Conqueror's coating if an author grants him the innate qualification.
Six Eyes, Infinity, Blue, Red, Purple, Observation, Armament, possibly Conqueror's.
Stop majoring in two battle systems at once.
6. In HUNTER×HUNTER, the unknown Specialist may be scarier than the King
Nen is dangerous because conditions and restrictions can change the victory condition itself. Volume 20 places Gon and Killua in intense training around Knuckle and Shoot.[9]
Straightforward abilities struggle:
- enhanced punch: must touch
- emitted projectile: must travel
- conjured blade: must reach
- manipulation needle: must pierce
- ability activated by landing a hit: first hit still has to land
But conditional effects, post-mortem Nen, curses, information-based abilities, and rule-like abilities create the worst question for Infinity:
“What exactly are you stopping?”
If the condition is “you answered my question,” distance may no longer matter.
That means Gojo may fear an unexplained Specialist more than Meruem's raw output.
Gojo: “Who's that random guy?”
Ally: “Ability unknown.”
Gojo: “That's the worst answer.”
If a crossover also lets Six Eyes perceive aura and lets Gojo learn Nen, the security system becomes triple-layered: detect before approach, analyze during approach, prevent contact anyway.
7. Mahito actually has a theoretical chance—but Gojo would probably close the menu before the option can be selected
Mahito's Idle Transfiguration acts on the soul, and his technique and domain are central to the arc collected in Volume 4.[10]
In ordinary combat the problem is simple:
Mahito: “If I touch you—”
Infinity: “You don't.”
A domain changes the structure.
During the Jogo fight, Gojo explains the sure-hit principle of domains, and Jogo uses a domain precisely because ordinary attacks cannot reach Gojo through Infinity.[2]
So if Mahito's domain successfully traps Gojo and its sure-hit effect resolves, there is a theoretical route to applying soul manipulation without manually closing the distance for a touch.
That makes Mahito a genuine “one chance” candidate.
The practical problem is enormous: Gojo has Unlimited Void, and Jogo's domain loses to it.[2]
Mahito opens his domain.
Gojo opens his.
Mahito's one-chance button disappears with the entire user interface.
Verdict: theoretically meaningful, practically terrible odds.
8. Sukuna is less “great eyesight” and more “reverse-engineer what he sees and reimplement it”
Gojo and Sukuna are broken in different ways.
Gojo has Six Eyes: absurd built-in sensing hardware.
Sukuna does not.
Yet during their fight he operates inside the same extreme domain-and-technique-repair contest, observes Mahoraga's adaptation, and ultimately translates the underlying solution into his own slashing technique.[3]
That is not simple copying.
Copying: “I can use your move.”
Sukuna: “I understand the principle that produced the result; here is my implementation.”
So:
Gojo: broken hardware.
Sukuna: broken software.
Mahoraga: external research scientist.
Do not bring an R&D department onto the battlefield.
If Sukuna enters ONE PIECE or HUNTER×HUNTER under rules that let him learn local systems, every teacher explaining Haki or Nen should fear the phrase:
“I see.”
9. “Concept powers are strongest!” sounds childish because high-end power escalation eventually becomes playground rules-lawyering
Escalation often moves from muscles, to mountains, to planets, to speed, to space, to time, to souls, to causality, to names and rules.
Eventually nobody is comparing punches.
A: “I destroy the universe.”
B: “Your attack cannot reach me.”
C: “I rewrite the future.”
D: “I rewrite the rule called future.”
Terms-of-service revision battle.
Gojo is exceptional because he rejects a huge class of ordinary physical attacks.
Then an ability says:
“I do not use the reach/not-reach check.”
Now Gojo has to read the manual.
Concept power strongest. Higher-order concept power stronger. Eventually, author strongest.
10. Final answer: Gojo's real counter is not a stronger attack; it is abandoning the normal attack procedure

At planet-destruction scale, there is no need to hit Gojo.
Remove Earth.
Infinity has not been shown to manufacture breathable atmosphere or a planet.
That does not break the shield.
It demolishes the building containing the shield.
And the stupidest bypass remains the funniest:
“Sensei, your technique is annoying.”
“Yeah, yeah.”
Guard lowered.
Touch.
“Satoru Gojo—”
Sukuna: “I researched how to cut space.”
Mahito: “I made it sure-hit.”
Star: “I got on the friend list.”
Sukuna: “Why did that last one cost zero research budget?”
Infinity's final boss may not be metaphysics.
Sometimes it is simply social engineering.
