The two happy routes, button by button
The following short English phrases are the original in-game menu labels. The developer explicitly marks two middle answers as unrestricted. Create the numbered saves at the indicated checkpoints.
Mimi / Yanxu happy ending

King is a bonus story, not a ninth numbered route
The August 27, 2024 update added a roughly 15,000-word prose side story centered on the King. Finish the two original heroines’ main endings to unlock it in the main menu. The creator describes this as additional story content, rather than an extra entry in the 2023 eight-route ending guide.
Three easy mistakes
Do not confuse Open the door from Save 2 with Open the front door on Eleven’s happy route. On Mimi’s path, Location is followed by Nezha. Keep Saves 3 and 4 intact: Bad 5 and Bad 6 require changing just one later answer, so overwriting those checkpoints defeats the shortcut.
Version, sources and limits
Checked October 22, 2026. The itch.io downloads are labelled v1.05, dated August 27, 2024; the exact ending sequences come from the creator’s October 3, 2023 walkthrough. The Steam-era update also added music, developer Q&A and Steam-only achievements, with the content updates shared to itch.io. No executable was run for this research, and the eight outcomes and King scenes have not been independently replay-tested on v1.05. Search volume was not measured.

Finish Mimi and Eleven once each, make all four saves, then branch into the six bad endings. Clear both happy routes to unlock the King story. In a game about surviving the afterlife, the real life-saver is a well-placed save slot.
